Pool was nice and cold for it being so hot outside. They had honestly the best instant coffee i ever had at a hotel. Bed was soft, AC worked well. Housekeeping respects the do not disturb signs, that's nice.

The staff was wonderful and helpful and very friendly. The selection of cold breakfast items were good. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice. The ice machines were easy to get to. Lots of places close by if you needed or wanted just about anything

The staff was awesome. We needed to change room for more room ant they took care of that in less than five minutes. The breakfast was great. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and made good food. We had two service dogs that were able to stay in our rooms with no problems. It was a great place to stay. We will go there again if we need to travel to St. Charles.

I loved that there was plenty of space for my big family and I also loved that there was pool that kept my kids entertained well we were at the hotel I also thought the setup outside for smoking was nice and had an amazing night view
