The staff was wonderful and helpful and very friendly. The selection of cold breakfast items were good. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice. The ice machines were easy to get to. Lots of places close by if you needed or wanted just about anything

Easily accessible - just off I70. Polite , helpful and welcoming staff. Appreciated the free coffee / water in reception 24/7. Not a massive selection at breakfast but I always left with a full belly - waffles, toast, pastries, cereal, juices, scrambled eggs, sausage links, home fries, coffee, tea etc. Washing facilities (clothes) are easy to use via an app and the washing detergent is available to purchase on site.

The staff was awesome. We needed to change room for more room ant they took care of that in less than five minutes. The breakfast was great. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and made good food. We had two service dogs that were able to stay in our rooms with no problems. It was a great place to stay. We will go there again if we need to travel to St. Charles.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in lately. The staff were very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very close to the St. Charles Convention Center where are meeting was held.

Clean room, enough room for our entire family to sleep. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

The lobby is very inviting and Rooms are SO nice and newly renovated. Breakfast was delicious! The desk clerk and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

This hotel was good. It was a little older. The washer and dryer were not in a laundry room, just in the hallway. You could hear other people in their rooms. Everything was clean. When I requested extra bedding it was provided with a smile.
